This One time USED Balcones 5 gallon oak whiskey barrel will be a great barrel for decoration or repurposing. It has a MEDIUM Char and has enough defects in it that it can't be easily used to hold liquor. It was previously used by Balcones distillery here in Texas to age their award winning whiskey.

These are the real deal barrels.

Side bung hole. There is no spigot or stand. These are as they would be used in a distillery.

 The barrel will have signs of use and wear, maybe a CRACKED stave, and possible staining from prior use, and a nice aroma of whiskey.

The barrel wood is American Oak from new wood and are bourbon grade barrels.
